*Mounts directly on OEM rear diffuser
*Does not for Z06
*Top threaded studs mount through mesh grille
*Exhaust shield needs to be removed for access to back of mesh grille
*Lower portion requires holes to be drilled for two outer fins, inner fins use existing OEM holes and OEM fasteners.
