Anderson Composites is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager. This candidate will be the day-to-day marketing and creative person, working closely with the sales department to grow the brand and drive sales. This position will lead in marketing strategy and implementation, branding, and advertising, and preferably know enough Adobe Suite to lead in creative and graphic design as well. Successful candidates should have experience in digital and social media marketing, graphic design and photography skills, and some previous experience in project management. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of the Automotive industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing lead: Own the company’s marketing annual plan in alignment with sales team and the company’s goals. Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
Social media: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on a daily basis across company’s social media channels. Engage followers, monitor comments, and track social and web traffic metrics.
Digital & email marketing: Manage digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Create, execute, and track email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp.
Copywriting and blog: Write copy and content for marketing materials, including blog posts.
Trade shows and events: Assist with planning and attending trade shows and events by identifying and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, etc.
Industry networking and relationships: Maintain relationship with key vehicle builders and influencers within Anderson’s market segments. Product procurement from leading manufactures for trade show vehicles.
New product development: involve with idea generation and market research. Create installation instructions and videos from product test-fit sessions.
Sponsorships: Manage company’s product sponsorship program, including vehicle sponsorships, show sponsorships, and social media influencer sponsorships. Review applications and follow up on fulfillment.
Print production: Prepare final press-ready files on supplied specifications for several types of printing and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
Creative & graphic design: Update, create, and manage creative assets (print and digital), including brochures, catalogs, magazine or web/social ads, apparel, etc.
Product and vehicle photography: Assist in taking product photos, edit and optimize for print or digital production. Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation.
Website maintenance: Assist with website maintenance, including product accuracy, website stability, and page design.
